The main hall of the Barn is very spacious, accommodating up to 300 guests in comfort. Built with locally harvested lumber and large windows, the Barn offers a warm, airy atmosphere.

We have designed and installed a large commercial kitchen into the rear of the Barn, complete with easy access through large doors that lead directly to the loading area. All appliances are stainless steel and ready to work for your event!

Beneath the grand staircase, we have constructed a large stone bar with a beautiful, locally-sourced cypress bar top. This bar is ready to receive your beverages and serve up some amazing cocktails to your guests!

The outdoor spaces at Cottonwood Ranch are as breathtaking as the Barn itself. With Brazilian Bluestone paved pathways, a large gas fire pit, ample seating for guests, and so much more, the outdoors are sure to become a focal point to any event.

The bridal lounge was created with the bride and her bridesmaids in mind. Multiple vanities, a full bathroom with a beautiful turn-of-the-century bathtub add to the opulence and beauty of the day.

An entire cabin separated from The Barn, just for the groom and his groomsmen. Complete with a full kitchen, living room, two bed rooms, and upstairs entertainment area.
